Monday, June 10 -                                                                                                                                    Night of Laughs,  Comedy Show featuring Carolyn Law and Bryan Lee Emler-- 8 pm.  Terrance McKerr's Theatre Pub, Downtown Ramada Inn at 420 SE 6th Street, Topeka.   Bryan Emler..."Campy and very funny! A Funny Guy! He's Fabulous! He made me laugh!" - Judy Carter, comedian and author.  Carolyn Law knew she was destined to be a lesbian stand-up comic from a tender age.  When she was 10 years old, she would lip sync to Bill Cosby records while wearing her brother's sport coat and clip-on tie.  Donations accepted.  Cash Bar.

Tuesday, June 11 -                                                                                                                                       GBLT Readings and Booksigning  - 7 pm. Topeka Shawnee County Public Library, 1515 SW 10th, Topeka.  Featuring Gabrielle St. Charles, lesbian romance author and a native Kansan.  "Surrender" is her first novel after having mostly written lesbian short stories.  She is deemed the Queen of Romance by various publications and is the notable Dear Gabby, the Gay and Lesbian Romance National advice columnist. 

PRIDE Afterglow - 8 to 11 pm.  Field of Greens, a garden bistro, 909 South Kansas, Topeka.  Join friends for conversation, PT's coffee, Italian sodas, soft drinks and pastries. 

Wednesday, June 12 -                                                                                                                              GLBT Bingo -  8 - 11 pm.  Terrance McKerr's Theatre Pub, Ramada Inn Downtown, 420 SE 6th Street, Topeka.  Hosted by Bambi Hooterbomb with BVDs (Bingo Verifying Divas), this is the new bingo with prizes, laughs and fun.  USA Today says: "Gay bingo is pure camp, irreverent, a little profane and just plain silly.  That, proponents will tell you, is the charm."  Donations accepted.  Cash bar.  

Thursday, June 13 -                                                                                                                                      Short Play with Youth/PFLAG Forum - 7 pm.  Topeka Shawnee County Public LIbrary, 1515 SW 10th, Topeka.  Featuring a short original play, "Water Soluable", written by Kitty McDaniel, a Topeka High School student, followed by a panel discussion by area youth and local PFLAG (Parents, Friends of Lesbians and Gays) members.

PRIDE Afterglow - 8 to 11 pm.  Field of Greens, a garden bistro, 909 South Kansas, Topeka.  Join friends for conversation, PT's coffee, Italian sodas, soft drinks and pastries. 

Friday, June 14 -                                                                                                                                           The PRIDE Prom - 8 to 12 pm.  Florentine Room, Jayhawk Hotel, 7th & Jackson, Topeka.  Dancing with DJ Chris, Prom Photo Booth, Election of Prom King and Queen, fun and laughs.  No admission charge or pre-reserve a table for 8 for $25.

Saturday, June 15 -                                                                                                                                       Rally Against Hate - 12 Noon.  Gage Park Amphitheater, 10th & Gage Blvd., Topeka.  Featuring prominent speakers on human and civil rights, presentation of the Toby Award.  Topeka's Gage Park has become the Epicenter of Hate....Where the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church preacher Fred Phelps began his 10 year campaign of hate.

Pride Festival & The Howard Moses Volleyball Tournament -  2 to 6 pm.  Reynold's Lodge, Lake Shawnee, 29th & Croco Road, Topeka.  Featuring vendors, informational booths and entertainment.  Volleyball team entry fee $25.  Trophy and medals awarded.

PRIDE Picnic - 6 pm.  Reynold's Lodge, Lake Shawnee, 29th & Croco Road, Topeka.  Featuring food, drink, music and dancing.  No admission charge.  Must be 21 to purchase beer id-bracelet (strictly enforced).                                                                   Click here for directions and map.
