VENDOR INFORMATION

We are seeking commercial vendors and informational exhibitors for the Pride Festival on Saturday June 15.  Also we are seeking a food vendor and entertainment for children (face painting, pony rides, etc)  and adults (musical, magic, dance, comedy, etc) .

Vendor and exhibitor rental space is currently available in a 40' x 60' tent, or you may rent space outside the tent for your own canopy.  Spaces will be approximately 8' x 8" inside the tent, and 12" x 12" outside the tent.  Commercial Exhibitor spaces rent for $50 and non-profit exhibitor spaces rent for $20.  Discounts can be obtained should you decide to become a Sponsor.  Tables and chairs are also available for rent. 

Exhibitors signed contract and set up fees are due by May 31, 2002.  A late fee of $10 will be accessed after that date.  No checks will be accepted for fee payment after June 15, 2002.
